Each plan includes a set number of minutes. For example, the Starter plan ($299/mo) includes 450 minutes. Additional minutes are billed at $0.51/min and overage is calculated and billed monthly.
What are AI agents?
AI agents represent how many simultaneous calls your plan can handle at once. With 3 AI agents you can run 3 live calls in parallel. Need more capacity? You can add extra concurrent sessions on any plan.
Can I add more concurrent sessions?
Yes! You can buy as much extra concurrent sessions as you need on any plan.
Can I customize the AI for my industry?
Absolutely. All plans include per-agent customization. Professional and above also support custom webhook tools so you can connect your own APIs and workflows — no code required for basic setup.
What are custom tools?
Custom tools let you connect your own APIs and services to the AI agent via webhooks. Available on all plans, they allow the AI to interact with your existing software during live calls.
What happens if I exceed my minute limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Overages are billed according to your plan and calculated automatically at the end of your billing cycle.
Will my remaining minutes stay if my subscription expires?
Subscription minutes expire when your subscription ends and any unused subscription minutes will not carry over. When you renew your subscription, a new set of subscription minutes will be added for the new billing cycle. Minutes in your wallet are not affected by your subscription status and will remain available.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your dashboard — no cancellation fees. Unused minutes do not roll over.
Do you offer custom pricing for large volumes?
